My Name is Bouchra Bakach. I joined the College of Technology as an Instructional Designer 2010. I hold two masters degree from Germany one in Teaching German as a Foreign Language and the other one in Germanic Linguistics. I completed my third Master from the University of Houston in Human Resource Development and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, program: Learning, Design, & Technology.

I have strong skills in instructional design, adult education, course/program assessment, curriculum and program development, and using technology in education. I train and consult with faculty regarding instructional design and their use of educational technology in the learning environment. I always encourage faculty to "think outside the box" and explore new, innovative ways to encourage student participation and success.
